Thank you for registering in Italy Inspires! By booking onto any of our workshops, masterclasses, fam trips, events or conference, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Any reference to “We” or “Us” shall mean, unless otherwise stated, Italy Inspires or the Event. “You” refers to you, the registrant and participant in our events.

1.  Registration and Payment. The content of the events, its dates, venue, agenda or speakers may be subject to change during the course of the events preparation. If there is any change, we’ll let you know. In order to participate in the event, you will register through the registration page and pay the event fee. The Fee includes what expressly listed. Not included unless otherwise stated in the investment page: Accommodation; Air transportation and related fees; activities noted as optional in the program; gratuities for hotel staff; passport and visa expenses; baggage / accident / personal / cancellation insurance; personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls; and any other items not specially noted as included. The Fee is paid via Stripe, a secure and recognized payment processor.

2.  Cancellation and Refunds. We reserve the right to reschedule the events without penalty or liability of any kind, shouldn’t we reach a minimum guarateed of attendees. Once payment has been received, Fees are non-refundable, but fully transferable to another individual for the same event. Should for any reason the venue change or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather, disease control, industrial action, act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of Italy Inspires, we shall endeavour to reschedule; but you hereby indemnifies Italy Inspires harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred.

3. Security. In order to register to the event ad pay the Fee, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Italy Inspires will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else, use someone else’s credit card for payment, or provide personal information other than your own. If you do, we reserve the right to remove you from the event attendance list and cancel your registration without refund.

4. Intellectual Property. All copyrights and intellectual rights in the events, as well as materials given during the event belong to Italy Inspires. Except as specifically provided herein, you may not use the event materials in any way that infringes the copyright, trademark, or proprietary interests of such materials or its owners. The license granted herein is subject to the following limitations: (a) you are not permitted to alter any event materials in any way; (b) you may not make copies of or otherwise distribute the event materials; and (c) you are prohibited from – in any other way directly or indirectly – reproducing, transmitting, displaying, printing, copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, performing, duplicating, creating a derivate work from, selling, reselling, exploiting, transferring, uploading, or otherwise using the event materials for any commercial purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability. Italy Inspires shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or similar damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, such damages were reasonably foreseeable, or Italy Inspires was grossly negligent, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other participant, supplier or partner, including but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by Italy inspires supplier/vendor/partner; and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control. You waive any claim against Italy Inspires or related partners for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.

6. By registering for an Italy Inspires event, you certify that you don’t have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for yourself or other participants. Italy Inspires and its designated partners (where applicable) reserve the right in their sole discretion to accept, decline to accept, or remove any participant on a Italy Inspires event.

7. Governing Law. These Terms & conditions or any dispute arising therein is governed by the laws of United Kingdon, without regard to provisions of conflicts of law. Any lawsuit arising from or related to the terms & conditions shall be brought exclusively before the courts in London, UK, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any such court.

8. Photography: Italy Inspires reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any event or part thereof and to use the resulting media for promotional purposes. By making a registration with Italy inspires, you agree to allow your images to be used in such photography.

9. Miscellaneous. Additional terms and conditions may apply to some events and will be provided with pre-event mailings.

The above terms & conditions constitute your entire agreement with Italy Inspires with respect to your participation to the Event and access to the event materials. Italy Inspires reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions at any time, without consent or warning. Your registration to the Event signifies and confirms your acceptance of any changes or amendments to the them.
