Italy Inspires founder Andrea Naar Alba is the head of Italian Weddings and Events, a premier events agency founded in 2008 to create luxurious celebrations for VIPs and international clients. Her wedding expert status among the industry was emerged through her speaking invitations at Engage Borgo and Karen Tran’s Master Class in Venice. Merging a global perspective with extensive work experience in fashion, accessories and luxury goods, she exceeds expectations, especially regarding taste, style and management. Skilled in marketing and communications and fluent in three languages, Andrea has built an expansive international network through her travels and multicultural background. Having lived in different countries, it is ultimately Italy that inspires her unique, bespoke concepts and creation of truly unforgettable experiences.
Supported by international staff and long-established suppliers, WED Couture is the choice for destination weddings and events in Italy and the Mediterranean. Its 2013 opening of London-based ITALIAN WEDDINGS & EVENTS LTD sparked exponential growth amongst prestigious clientele from Russia, Lebanon, the Far East, UK and US, all of whom trust this international and multicultural agency to make their distinct wishes come true. With its London locale and roots in Milan, coupled with Andrea’s international background, the company is perfectly positioned to interpret trends and respond to the industry’s new and global needs. * Meet Jessica Giordano
Italy Inspires team member, Jessica Giordano, CMP, ABC, has been in the hospitality and wedding planning industry since 1998. Based in the United States and fluent in English, her passion for assisting venues find their niche with sophisticated brides has led her to a career in consulting and venue management. In 2019 alone, she assisted a venue in the US, plan and operationally execute 54 weddings. Obtaining her Italian Wedding Certification in 2010 in Verona, Italy, her goal of expanding her global presence has now been realized.
Blending a venue perspective with extensive experience with brides, wedding and meeting planning professionals, food and beverage and guest room/housing requirements, she can execute the vision of a luxury and exceeds budgeted sales goals for venues and financial stakeholders. By staying aware of the newest trends and culinary visions, Jessica has a keen knowledge of the newest banquet standards and seasonal food and beverage options with an understanding of how to best translate the cultural expectations of American clients to teams in Italy.

CEO and Founder of White Emotion - a wedding planner agency specialised in Destination Weddings in Italy based in Milan- she has, over the years, built, shaped and developed her creativity, her love for beauty, and chosen as a common thread and motto for her work the realization of her clients’ dreams, making the impossible possible.
With a Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and a Marketing and Communication Master, Alessia Santa – who speaks 3 languages – boasts a business background in large companies such as the Walt Disney Company, where, in the Parks & Hotels Division, she managed the Travel sector, supervising events at the park in Paris.
She then moved to the high-class hospitality sector, where she worked for the Hilton Hotels Group, first in Milan and then in Venice.
Among her compentece, she boasts consultancy and project with Grand Hotel et de Milan, Principe di Savoia and Villa Palagina to name a few.
Magazines like Elle, Vogue Sposa, and Brides U.K. have written about her work; her quotes have been reported in books by important artists-photographers of the sector and by the most important international wedding blogs.
